On Sundays, our gatherings bring people together to worship, pray, learn from Scripture, and encourage one another as we follow Jesus. We are a diverse community shaped by God's Word and led by His Spirit and we want to make room at the table for people of all ages, backgrounds, and stages of faith.
Once a month, we also gather around the table in a different way by participating in communion, sharing a potluck meal, worshipping together across generations. Our hope is that this unique gathering of community that can be invitational, interactive and communal expression of church life.
We believe children are an important part of our church and faith community. Through safe, engaging, and age-appropriate environments, we want to help kids discover God's love, grow in faith, build meaningful friendships, and learn what it means to follow Jesus.
Life Groups create a spaces for people to know and be known. As we share our stories, pray for one another, study Scripture, and support each other through life's joys and challenges, we discover what it means to follow Jesus together.
We believe Jesus welcomes honest questions and authentic conversations. Alpha begins around a shared meal where people gather, build relationships, and explore some of life's biggest questions together. In a welcoming and respectful environment, participants are invited to discover who Jesus is and explore what it means to follow Him, without pressure or expectation. Everybody is welcome no matter where you are in your faith journey.
Our English Conversation Club program is one of the ways we seek to love and serve our neighbours in Willoughby. As people from diverse cultures and backgrounds gather to practice English, friendships are formed, confidence grows, and genuine community is built in an atmosphere of joy, respect, and encouragement.
Community grows when people gather, serve, and journey together. Throughout the year, our events facilitate opportunities to build relationships, welcome friends, family and neighbours, and create spaces where people can experience authentic Jesus community, explore faith, and encounter the love of God.
We believe Jesus uniquely gifts and blesses each person, and that individuals and community flourish when those gifts are practiced and shared. As we follow Jesus together, we would encourage and celebrate one another in the ways that we serve, participate, and contribute to the life of our church, our neighbourhood, and beyond.
