Willoughby Update

For many years, Living Waters Church has served people living in the Willoughby community.  Willoughby continues to grow, becoming a very diverse and densely populated community.

We believe God continues to call us to start new ministries that make room for children, families, and those new to Canada.

This year, we will make more decisions to prioritize our call and interest to serve, which includes:

Outreach:

• English Conversation Club – Wednesdays, beginning March 4 at Yorkson Creek Middle School
• Family Day – Saturday, March 21 at Project Play

Community Formation:

• Central to how community formation is at Living Waters are our Life Groups and Sunday Gatherings. We presently have one very fruitful Life Group in Willoughby. Our priority for the next six months will be to increase the number of life groups.
• Secondly, we believe gathering for Sunday services is very important. In September, we will begin Sunday Services at the Focus On The Family building (across from the Langley Events Centre)

Discipleship:

• Exploring faith during Alpha will begin again in May at the Focus On The Family building.

We believe God calls churches and people to go.

So we ask you to prayerfully consider how God may be asking and inviting you to get involved in our Willoughby ministries.
