We're taking the month of June to have various discussions about the person, the presence, and the power of the Holy Spirit. Today, we're going to talk about dependence. When we think about dependence, we think about the undeniable power that we see in the book of Acts and the life of the Spirit, the dependence on the Holy Spirit that we hope to see in our lives as believers today. It's important to come to that word not as just a cuddly word, not as a word that we might lean on now and then, or take some comfort in, but a word that Jesus takes very seriously, and to ask ourselves, what does it mean to be a follower of Jesus and to be dependent on him, dependent on his spirit?

We wanted to talk about that word dependence and a life in the spirit today in a special way. We are very excited today to be welcoming Matthew and Amber Price. They are Global Workers joining us from Thailand, along with their children. And so rather than having a sermon today, we thought it'd be a great opportunity to have a conversation with some of the Global Workers that we rarely get to spend time with, and to ask that question, how is the Holy Spirit working in the word dependence in their lives?
