Saul's Story, Part 1

In our text, we are hearing stories of the gospel being talked about by all kinds of people and in all kinds of places. This is having a transformative effect: authentic community has formed and is growing, salvation is happening, and Jesus is being called Lord.
The other side of this is resistance — where many do not believe, reject, and some even violently persecute followers of the way. This requires a scatter of believers. As we read, some of the least likely come to Jesus.
