 ch (Upper Room).\nWe're excited to welcome Dr. Andy Gabruch\, Lead Pastor 
 of Home Church and author of the new book\, "Infobesity." In it\, he explo
 res how constant digital information and social media overload impact our 
 attention\, relationships\, and spiritual lives. Andy offers practical\, f
 aith-centred guidance for developing healthier habits and living intention
 ally in a world saturated with information. Drawing on his years of experi
 ence working with teenagers — including his time as Next Generation Mini
 stry Director for PAOC BC/Yukon District — he will bring a valuable pers
 pective for parents of teens.\nThis evening will not only provide tools an
 d encouragement but will also be a meaningful chance to connect with other
  parents\, share experiences\, and build community together.\nLight refres
 hments will be provided. Please let us know you're coming so that we can p
 lan accordingly!\nThe book\, "Infobesity"\, will be given to parents who R
 SVP by April 10 (one book per couple) so make sure to sign up before then!
